Here is a list of our terms and conditions for wholesale and retail sales

Guarantee Policy : For wholesale sales there is a 48 hour guarantee on animals delivered via our truck.  For wholesale or retail sales shipped airport to airport of UPS/Fedex Next Day Air there will be a live arrival guarantee if the temps are between 40 degrees F and 80 degrees F.  There will be no guarantee on shipments traveling through temps below 40 degrees F or above 80 degrees F.  There is NO guarantee on old world chameleons and amphibians due to their delicate nature.  All in person live stock sales are final (THERE IS NO GUARANTEE ON HAND PICKED ANIMALS).  These sales are conducted at reptile expos, etc.  All claims must be called in within 4 hours of the receipt of shipment.  Bodies must be returned.  If there is no one available to answer your claim please leave a detailed message stating your name, claim and any other pertinent details.

Payment : Shipments are prepaid.  We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Paypal, Wire Transfers, and Money Orders.  Terms may be available in some cases pending credit check.  Orders are shipped when payment in received.  Company checks are accepted but shipments will not be processed until the check has cleared the bank.  Packing and box charges are possible with all orders.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at (732) 281-5464.

Shipping : Dry goods are shipped via USPS or UPS ground.  Live animals are shipped airport to airport, UPS or Fedex Next Day Air, NO EXCEPTIONS.  We can not be responsible for carrier delays.  There are no cash refunds, only credit will be given.  For claims please follow details from our guarantee section.
