What is Reptile Kingdom?

Reptile Kingdom was established in 1999 by Allen R. Both and is not your ordinary reptile wholesaler. We have spent over 15 years in the pet industry caring for, breeding, and selling all types of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates. We sell only healthy and established animals. Primarily a wholesale company that supplies pet stores nationwide, we also offer animals to the retail customer through our website and at many reptile shows on the East Coast. Besides selling reptiles, Allen is a known wildlife photographer with works appearing in Reptiles magazine, Reptile & Amphibian Magazine, Reptile Hobbyist magazine and numerous books. Along with photography, he has written many articles and a book, Geckos...Rare and Common. .  Terms and Conditions

Guarantee Policy…..48 hour guarantee on animals delivered via our truck. Live arrival guaranteed on shipments sent airport to airport or shipped next day UPS.. There will be no Guarantee of shipments shipped United States Postal Service. Post Office does not insure live animals. All claims must be called in within 4 hours of receiving the shipment. Bodies must be returned to receive credit. There will be NO GUARANTEE on amphibians or old world chameleons. No Live Arrival Guarantee applies when shipping to destinations above 89 degrees F or below 40 degrees F.

Shipping

Dry goods are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. Live animals are shipped airport to airport, United States Postal Service, UPS, or  Airborne Express, all will be shipped next day air. We can not be responsible for carrier delays. No cash refunds, only credit will be issued. Animals shipped must be called in within 4 hours. Leave a message to the details of your claim on our machine stating your exact claim. Any animals must be frozen and returned to us within 24 hours.

Payment

All orders must be prepaid. Terms are available after a credit check. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Money Order or Company check may be mailed for payment, when payment is received, the shipment will be processed. There will be packing and box charges with all orders.
